I share an image of our ponies, as they played and continue to play a huge part in my journey to integrity. And they are here to share with you too. Whether in person or remotely, their energy is very present in everything I practice.
Finding my truth (FMT) was born out of ten years of study, qualifications and personal experiences. It is a course I put together at the end of last year, 2019, in hope to empower people to embrace a healthy lifestyle that was attainable and one that they could stick too.
No fads, no quick diets, simply information. Information to build from in order to embrace a journey of transformation. The course highlights the bio individual - what suits one, might not suit another. It shares and covers Dietary guidance, movement, yoga, Chakras, herbs, teas, breathing, meditation, present moment awareness and the list goes on. The idea is that by the end of the course you have information for life, to adapt as you need in order to fit in with the life you want to live and lead. I share this course one to one, in groups or within schools and work places.
1:1 is £ 650 - for 6 sessions (1-2 hours) and all the materials
Groups £200 per head ( up to 6 in a group) for 6 sessions.

My guidance in conscious living also uses the course as material to refer to (though you do not get access to the work) This aspect of my work is helping people to become more conscious of how they live, how they behave, how they communicate, how they eat, sleep, exercise. And it goes on. This area of my work is born out of ten years of yoga teaching to both Adults and children, guidance from my herd (the greatest teachers of being present), meditation, movement, IIN coaching (institute of integrative Nutrition), Breath coaching, Bach Remedies, energy work and more. These sessions are 1:1 and take as long as they take. They may be weekly, then monthly... I guide, the client decides.
