We have an opportunity to grow from the 'dramas' we are facing in the world. The systems we have known for so long seem to be crumbling around us and there is a deep sense of uncertainty and fear. This can make us focus on others and judge others and make opinions of others. However, this is the time to look within and start bettering yourself so that you can better your world.
Rather than criticising and judging others , which only fuels the negativity, step back, breathe and ask yourself "how can I change the world for the better right now?"
It could be that you donate some money to a charity or to somebody in need
It could be that you drop some flowers to someone you love or someone that needs some cheering up.
Or it could be that you simply say hello and smile to everyone you pass and meet in your day.
It could be that you share a huge or small act of kindness with somebody or another being... both of equal value.
It could be that you pick up somebody else's rubbish from the road or street.
It could be that you sit in stillness and allow yourself to recharge so that you respond to all that happens in your day from a place of love not a reactive, overwhelmed state.
It could be that you say thank you so much that you actually feel gratitude filling your veins.
It could be that you support a charity to pull a pound of plastic from the ocean.
or it could be that you share your idea with the world of preventing pollution!
It could be that you sit in silence because you know if you add to the conversation you may fuel the negativity. So you speak, only when it comes from the heart.
It could be that you simply listen. Listen 100 percent to anyone you share a conversation with.
We can all contribute in small or big ways. But what we do and how we communicate is paramount to the state of the world. Your thoughts and actions attract more of those thoughts and actions. What you put out is what magnifies. So if we all get lost in the energy of fear and control and judgement we only magnify these things. However if we start to embrace love, kindness and start letting go a little bit.... we start attracting things into our life we only ever dreamed of.
If this concept seems too far to grasp. Simplify it. You have a thought about calling someone.... two minutes later that person calls you. Coincidence? Or is it synchronicity? Is it that actually, the intention of our thought has gone out there and attracted the thought we were thinking of? I will leave it at that for now.... but something to play with. :) See what you can attract into your life! But make sure you are aware of your thoughts first!

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life.
He said, “A fight is going on inside me.” He said to the boy.
It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self- pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self doubt, and the ego.
The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empath, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “which wolf will win?”
The old chief simply replied, “the one you feed.”
This is our chance to give back to Mother Nature and to change the course of the world. Why not Focus on the wolf that shares good.
