Namaste


So in this strange time of lock down and minimal contact with one another, we have been encouraged to remove all social contact and either fist pump, elbow pump or some are bowing in prayer position. I am sure there are many more but that is all I have heard! Anyway, I am writing about the bow. How beautiful is that. To meet and greet bowing towards each other. Immediately showing respect for one another's energy, immediately showing respect for each other and immediately recognising the love and light within each and every one of us.

Namaste means just that... I bow to the love and light within you.

It is also a beautiful Mudra to embrace when you need to bring calm to the mind and to the body.
