Benefits of Apple cider vinegar

 Apple Cider Vinegar is a great addition to your kitchen. Biona and Braggs are my favourite brands but make a choice that works for you! 

So why Apple cider vinegar...

Well it is great at Alkalising the body which is good for any of us that suffer from inflammatory disorders. 

It improves digestion and encourages the digestive system to work effectively. 

It is said to help us lose weight as it gives us  a full feeling and it lowers blood sugar levels and helps balance our sugar levels. It is because of this that Apple Cider vinegar is suggested to those suffering with Diabetes 2.

It kills bacteria. Hippocrates used it on open wounds two thousand years ago. It is said to stop ecoli. 

It can be used on warts. 

Reduces belly fat

Lowers cholesterol and reduces risk of heart disease. 

All  in all a goodie for the kitchen i believe! Don't you? 

 

Pop it in salad dressings, home made mayo or drink a couple of teaspoons with warm water daily. Just a few ideas to start. 

Enjoy 

A yummy dressing and a goodie for the gut too... 

Get a jar and fill it up with Olive oil 1/3rd full. 

Then add 2/3rds vinegar.

Add a squeeze of half a lemon - use the whole thing 

Then a teaspoon of Tamari soy sauce. Maybe two, this depends on 'your' taste buds.

A heaped tsp of mustard if you wish 

Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy! xx

If you want it sweeter, then squeeze a tiny bit of agave in. :)
