Slow the breath down. Drop the shoulders. Relax the jaw. Deepen the breath in.
Bring your attention to your breath. follow the breath in through the nose. Out through the nose. Continue. At least 5 times and see if you can build up to 10, then 15 and then 20 and continue. Allow yourself to embrace the benefits of connecting to your breath. Bringing you into the present. The gift that we are given every moment.

Stop what you are doing. Take these moments to breathe. Observe how you are feeling and not until you feel connected to your heart and calm, then proceed.
