"Nicola Corbett brings intelligence, great knowledge and an open heart to helping others join her on the journey to healing, transformation and growth.  She wields the tools of yoga, bio-resonance therapy, nutritional advice and healing with horses very skilfully but with a mind to empowering her clients to understand for themselves what will bring optimal health and happiness. Although I have practiced yoga for nearly three decades, she brings so much enquiry and fun to her classes that they reach parts that many other yoga classes don’t reach; I come away full of energy and inspiration. She is a jewel hidden away in a green fold of Somerset and I feel very lucky to have found her." Client L.J

Both Yoga and the herd have been an incredible part of my journey over the past 12 years. The ponies came later but their impact, wow. They have taught me so much about myself, about life and about being. Yoga, well, on and off the mat it mirrors so much of what the ponies share on a daily basis. To get back in touch with our integral self and to listen to our hearts. To let go of the stories, the conflicts, the hurts and to remember what is important - Love, gratitude, shelter, food, water and trust.

Horses, ponies, all animals and yoga, like children, remind us that life is what it is... beautiful. It is our fears, our anxieties, our thoughts and obsessions with negative patterns that create the drama, the sadness, the hatred, the conflicts of the world. They remind us that Love is where it all needs to happen. They remind us that when we come from a place of Love, everything starts to fall into place and our dreams and desires start to become a reality. We are stronger when bumps and challenges come our way and we are more accepting. We are more connected. We are kinder, more compassionate. We are more generous. We are better at receiving. We are healthier and ultimately we are happier. And when we have achieved this wonderful conscious state of being, it spreads. It spreads to those we live with, who we hang out with, who we work with.... yes, Love is what will reunite us all and bring peace to the world.

And the heart is always reminding us of this but we have generally forgotten how to listen. When we are fearful or anxious, our heart beats faster; When we are in love, our heart beats faster; When we have lost, our heart breaks: When we are excited or happy, our heart swells with joy. We cannot but help use beautiful, poetic language to describe the feelings of our hearts. So why don't we listen to them? Science is sharing the wisdom of the heart too. The heart sends more messages to the brain than the other way around! The brain listens to the heart and responds. So a happy heart is imperative to our health and wellbeing too.

If you are ready to embrace your heart again and to listen to its voice. If you are ready to let go of the stories that bring you down. If you are ready to embrace changes in your lifestyle to release ill health, fatigue, brain fog and insomnia (some examples) why not give Nicks a call. Between the herd, her intuitive approach to her work and your commitment you will reunite with your heart and soul and rediscover the light, the wisdom and the beauty that you came here to share with the world.

“Would you like to save the world from the degradation and destruction it seems destined for? Then step away from shallow mass movements and quietly go to work on your own self-awareness. If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.” ― Lao Tzu
